These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”), which also applies to WearBloom. If these terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls.
WearBloom creates AI-assisted outfit visualizations for personal style inspiration. Results are synthetic and are not guarantees or predictions of exact fit, sizing, drape, body shape, availability, or real-world appearance.
You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant WearBloom a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have permission to use any photo or other content you submit, including a recognizable person’s likeness.
WearBloom Pro is offered through auto-renewable App Store subscriptions. Before purchase, the app displays the plan name, duration, localized price, and included service. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel in App Store account settings; deleting WearBloom does not cancel the subscription. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Any free trial or introductory offer follows the terms displayed by Apple at purchase.
Do not upload content you lack permission to use; submit unlawful, sexually exploitative, abusive, or deceptive material; impersonate others; violate intellectual-property or privacy rights; attempt to access another person’s private data; reverse engineer the service except where law permits; or evade integrity, rate-limit, purchase, or allowance controls.
We may change or discontinue features and may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including rights, disclaimers, and limits of liability, continue to apply.
WearBloom is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WearBloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of generated style inspiration.
